Hello Repair Revolution supporters,

We will be remaining open during the “Stay at Home” order issued by WA state. AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR IS CONSIDERED AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS. We will continue our extremely diligent safety protocols to keep everyone safe during this time. Please read the details about our procedures located in the final paragraph.

Showing up for our community is why we exist, and we will continue to be here for you as we all navigate this tough time. We have been checking in with our customers to see how they are doing in these hard times because now more than ever it is important to connect with our community and figure out ways to support each other.  Through these connections I have realized over the past couple weeks just how essential our services are and would love to share a few stories. One customer who works in the service industry just got laid off like so many folks in our community and this has forced them to have to move back home to live with their family across the country. They needed us to make sure their car was safe and would get them there. Another customer who is a nurse and works on the front lines of this outbreak stated in a review, “Cars can be so important right now for us healthcare folx to get to work and for everyone to get to the few thing we do outside the house like medical appointments etc.” We know how important reliable transportation is for people right now; whether you are working on the front lines of this crisis or you need a reliable vehicle to get groceries, we are here for you.

During this time, we will be offering vehicle pick-up and drop-off services to any customer that requests this to help make our services as accessible as possible. We are doing our part to be good stewards of our community to stop the spread of this virus and to keep our customers and staff safe.  Thank you for joining us in this effort and thank you for supporting our business!


We are checking all staff for symptoms, as recommended by the CDC, as they come into work. We are also asking staff to stay home if they are sick. We have enhanced the cleaning protocols of our facility and customer vehicles. We are sanitizing all surfaces many times throughout the day. This includes but is not limited to wiping down doorknobs, handrails, credit card terminals between every customer, reception desk, phones, waiting room, water cooler station, afterhours key drop and bathroom surfaces.  We are also disinfecting customer vehicles before we begin work and before returning vehicles to customers. This

Includes wiping down every touch surface in the car (steering wheels, gear shift, interior and exterior door handles, switches etc.). In addition, we are using seat covers and wearing gloves which are switched out between every vehicle. We are also limiting the number of customers that are coming into our facility by offering various pick up and drop off options that do not involve contact for customers wanting to use these methods. In addition to door-to-door service, customers can use our afterhours key drop even when we are open. Also, our text-to-pay and email-to-pay feature allows customers to pay for services via text or email so that we may arrange vehicle pick up with limited contact. Lastly, we are asking customers who do enter the shop to keep 6 feet of distance between each other and staff. You will notice red tape placed on the floor in the reception area in six-foot increments to assist us all in keeping 6 ft apart.
